Congratulations!! The most difficult step you've already took: deciding to commit to improve your eating and health. The second step is much easier: to book the programme that best suits you. Just follow the instructions below and you will be ready to go.

STEP 1

TAKE ACTION TO CHANGE YOUR LIFE

Click on the BOOK NOW button and you will be redirected to the bookings page of our client management software/app.​

STEP 2

PAY FOR YOUR PROGRAMME AND BOOK YOUR FIRST SESSION

On our bookings page, select the programme, complete your contact details, select the date and time of your 1st sessions (only for Flourish) and make the payment. We will review your request and confirm your booking within 24 hours.

STEP 3

FILL OUT A QUESTIONNAIRE

After your booking is accepted by us, we will send you a questionnaire to get to know more about your health and eating habits. We will also send you an email with all your sessions booked (same week day and time for Flourish and pre-defined days for Break Free).

STEP 4

MEET WITH ME ONLINE

At the day and time of your first session, click on the meeting link sent to your email and I will be waiting for you.
