These are NOT weight loss programmes with restrictive meal plans to follow. Both are based on Intuitive Eating, which is not weight centered and promotes body neutrality. However, if you apply the concepts taught, respect your hunger and satiety, you may reduce your body measurements and lose weight in a sustainable way over time, although this is not guaranteed.
